This new SynScan Hand Controller firmware release is an update from SynScan Firmware Version 06.03.00.

What's new in this update?

1. The primary update of this version is that the new firmware will allow the SynScan hand controller and the SynScan app to work together with the same definition of the coordination of the telescope mount. The initial position (HOME) will start from -90 degrees in RA and +90 degrees in DEC when working in EQ mode. This firmware update, including any subsequent revisions, will enable simultaneous connection of both the hand controller and the SynScan (Pro) app to the mount.

Please note that this hand controller firmware applies to those hand controllers with version 6.00.00 or later only. This firmware is incompatible with SynScan V4/V5 hand controllers with version 4.xx.xx. If the hand controller is with version 4.xx.xx, please do NOT update with this firmware. The outlook of the hand controller with version 6.00.00 or later is identical to the SynScan V5 controller with version 4.xx.xx, except that the LCD modules are different. The firmware with version 4 and version 6 have the same functions and features; we will keep updating and maintaining them simultaneously.

1. Fix the reading and display the incorrect SynScan GPS Elevation error.

2. Fix minor bugs.
